Guarantee Terms

The Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The furniture was made and installed by Interstyle Bedrooms.
• Fitting issues should be reported within one month of installation date.
• You have cared for the furniture, used it for domestic purposes in the way it was intended, and followed any instructions we provided.
• The furniture has not been altered by anyone other than staff of Interstyle Bedrooms.
• The guarantee is made with to the purchaser of the furniture and is not transferable if ownership changes.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Wear and tear.
• Colour fading caused by exposure to sunlight.
• Movement caused by natural movement of the house’s structure or settlement of furniture fitted on top of carpet.
• Electrical and light fittings, bulbs, mirrors and glass.
• Refitting of drawers removed from drawer runners.
• Accidental damage.

Please note: Repair work will be undertaken by us. We shall, at our discretion, repair, or replace parts as required. Due to batch variation and natural fading of colours there may be a slight colour variation in any items replaced which is out of our control.
